Earl Laih

Co-founder, Principal

With over 30 years of experience across healthcare, military service, and real estate, I’ve built a career centered on service, resilience, and family. I’m a proud Navy veteran, former submariner, and healthcare leader with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and MBA. My foundation in nursing and hospital administration shaped my skills in leadership, strategy, and problem-solving. Alongside my wife of over 30 years, and as a father to nine children—seven adopted from foster care—I’ve prioritized both family and community impact. We purchased our first property 20 years ago to care for aging parents, launching a family-run real estate investment business. Today, I work with my wife and two sons to operate a diverse portfolio, including wholesaling, flips, rentals, and short-term stays. Our mission is to build long-term value, revitalize neighborhoods, and offer quality housing solutions. Above all, I’m committed to creating a legacy rooted in faith, service, and generational opportunity.

Danielle Laih

Co-founder, Executive Director

Danielle is a faith-driven real estate investor, proud Army veteran, devoted wife of 33 years, and mother of nine. Her journey is rooted in a deep commitment to God, family, and service. She began investing in real estate in 2005 with her husband, turning a single rental into a thriving family-run business. Today, she partners with her husband and two sons to build generational wealth and community impact. Danielle served honorably in the U.S. Army, where she developed a mission-first mindset.  She views real estate as a tool for stewardship and blessing others. For Danielle, success is measured by faith, family, and the legacy she builds.

William Laih

Market Director

William is a U.S. Army National Guard veteran and entrepreneur building a future in real estate with his family. He served honorably as a Military Police officer before transitioning to civilian life in Northern Kentucky. With a disciplined, mission-focused mindset, William approaches investing with integrity, strategy, and teamwork. He is currently pursuing a Communications degree at Liberty University to support his entrepreneurial goals. As a second-generation investor, he contributes to a family-run real estate team focused on legacy and service. William enjoys swimming, running, strength training, and voice acting in his free time. He’s also passionate about technology and loves building computers. An animal lover, he shares his life with a dog and two cats.

Giovanni Laih

Market Director

Giovanni is the newest member of his family’s real estate investing team, bringing fresh energy, dedication, and a heart for service. After graduating high school early, he dove straight into real estate, working alongside his parents and siblings. He lives in the Sierra Mountains of Central California, where natural beauty inspires his work. Giovanni is known for his compassion and enjoys building meaningful relationships with others. He’s passionate about exercise, craftsmanship, and hands-on projects, making him well-suited for property improvements and on-site work. His genuine interest in people helps him connect with clients and partners alike. As a next-generation investor, Giovanni is focused on growing within the business and contributing to his family’s legacy. He’s driven by faith, family, and the desire to create lasting value for communities.
